Refund Policy

1. Deposit Payments

Deposits are used to:

  • Secure appointment slots
  • Coordinate with clinics and partners

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Appointment cannot be arranged due to provider availability
  • Service cannot be delivered as agreed

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Deposits are generally non-refundable if:

  • User cancels after appointment is confirmed
  • User fails to attend the appointment (no-show)
  • User changes mind after booking

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be provided depending on:

  • Timing of cancellation
  • Costs already incurred

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Special Cases

Refund decisions may be evaluated case-by-case.
